Before you ask

Common questions, answered, day to day

Timber, lead times and finishes are the questions that come up most. Tell us what you need and we will reply in plain terms.

What about waste?

Offcuts and packaging are removed and the space is left tidy.

Do you do structural work?

No. Load-bearing alterations need a structural engineer and a builder.

Do you work from my dimensions, roughly?

We measure ourselves, but your sketch or photograph helps explain what you want. Ring or e-mail and we will confirm the details.

What timber do you use, in practice?

The timber is chosen per job and agreed with you, including its finish and durability. Ask us directly and you will get a straight answer.
